Sunday morning observations -- Week 4

Good morning, Fools. It's another beautiful day in Fantasyland, and it's even a beautiful day in London-town, where the Jags and Colts are already at halftime.

I hope you weren't the bonehead who forgot to set your lineup before that early game started... (Julius Thomas and Donte Moncrief are inactive.)

Meanwhile, as the Packers and Eagles kick off the dreaded bye weeks, we've got plenty of other games to watch this weekend. Here's the news we can use to dominate our matchups today:

You know Sammy Watkins has been placed on IR. Other players out, or most likely out, today: Jay Cutler, Josh McCown, Doug Martin, Jonathan Stewart, Thomas Rawls, Jeremy Langford, Eric Decker, Dez Bryant, Corey Coleman, Antonio Gates.

Surprise, surprise... Bill Belichick is playing it close to his vest when it comes to his starting QB today. If Garoppolo plays, it's great news for Gronk and Edelman owners (though I still wouldn't start the latter). If it's Brissett, I'd have to consider other options at TE. Should be a big game by LeGarrette Blount either way. UPDATE: Brissett is starting. Only Blount deserves a starting nod, IMHO.

Jamaal Charles is expected to make his 2016 debut today, though likely in a limited capacity. This may be the last week we can feel comfortable starting Spencer Ware.

And, of course, the most anticipated return of them all: Le'Veon Bell. Boy, it sucks putting DeAngelo on my bench in both my leagues (where he's the #2-ranked RB in PPR leagues!).

Don't fall for the possibility that Dez Bryant will play on his fractured tibia today. Though he flew with the team, the chances are slim to none that he actually suits up. And if, by chance, he does, it will surely be to play decoy. I think this is a trap game for the Cowboys and their rising superstar, Dak Prescott.

Also don't believe Lions OC Jim Bob Cooter, when he says Golden Tate is still the team's #1 wideout. Sorry, Jim Bob...My lyin' eyes say this passing game belongs to Marvin Jones and Tate is no longer the golden boy.

Justin Forsett has been benched, giving the starting RB job in Baltimore to Terrance West. I think this is a distinction without a difference, as neither back is startable at this point. The job is rookie Kenneth Dixon's when he's ready. And that could be as soon as next week.

Delanie Walker will be a game-time decision for the Titans, but he is expected to suit up. And boy, does Marcus Mariota need him!

Rashad Jennings will also be a GTD tomorrow night, but you should decide now to bench him again the Vikings. With Vereen out for the season, we'll also see a hefty dose of Orleans Darkwa and maybe even former Buc Bobby Rainey.

Willie Snead (toe) is expected to return today to catch bombs from Brees.

That's it for now. Off to Twitter for the inactives and other late-breaking news. Go get 'em today, Fools!
