Week 13 Heroes & Zeros

This was a great week to start…

QBs
Blake Bortles, Jaguars – Ripped up the Titans defense for a career-high 322 yards and 5 TDs, without a turnover.
Cam Newton, Panthers – Kept his team perfect with 331 passing yards, 5 TDs and an INT, with 49 rushing yards to boot.
Ben Roethlisberger, Steelers – Torched the Colts with 364 passing yards and 4 TDs without a turnover.
Marcus Mariota, Titans – Passed for 268 yards, 3 TDs and 1 INT and ran for a whopping 112 yards, including an 87-yard TD and a fumble.
Russell Wilson, Seahawks – Posted his second consecutive monster outing, with 274 passing and 51 rushing yards and 4 total TDs.
Tom Brady, Patriots – Passed for 312 yards and 3 TDs, with 2 INTs, and ran for 17 yards and a TD plunge.
Tyrod Taylor, Bills – Passed for 211 yards and 3 TDs and ran for 28 yards and a 4th TD, without a blemish.
Aaron Rodgers, Packers – Passed for 273 yards, 2 TDs and an INT and ran for 27 yards and a third TD.
Brian Hoyer, Texans – Racked up 293 yards passing with 3 TDs and an INT, and added 15 yards as a rusher.
Drew Brees, Saints – Nearly pulled off a huge upset by overcoming the stout Panthers defense with 282 yards and 3 TDs passing, with one pick, plus 12 rushing yards.
Andy Dalton, Bengals – Was able to take foot off accelerator early, but still passed for 220 yards and 2 TDs, and had 11 rushing yards and another TD, without a turnover.

RBs
Matt Forte, Bears – Rushed for 84 yards and a TD and added 5 receptions for 39 yards.
Javorius Allen, Ravens – Ran for 63 yards and caught a dozen passes for 107 yards and a TD.
T.J. Yeldon, Jaguars – Ran for 57 yards and a TD and took 4 passes another 79 yards.

WRs
Allen Robinson, Jaguars – Reeled in 10 passes for 153 yards and a TD hat trick.
Antonio Brown, Steelers – Caught 8 passes for 118 yards and 2 TDs and scored on a punt return, too.
Jeremy Maclin, Chiefs – Pulled down 9 passes for 95 yards and 2 TDs, though he lost a fumble.
Doug Baldwin, Seahawks – Scored twice and had 94 yards on 5 receptions.
Ted Ginn, Jr. – Reappeared to catch 5 passes for 80 yards and 2 TDs.
Brandon Marshall, Jets – Collected a dozen passes for 131 yards and a TD.
A.J. Green, Bengals – Caught 5 passes for 128 yards and a TD.
Odell Beckham, Jr., Giants – Took 6 balls for 149 yards and a TD.

TEs
Richard Rodgers, Packers – Caught 8 passes for 146 yards, including the electrifying 61-yard Hail Mary TD.

D/STs
Eagles – Incredibly, broke the Patriots with 4 sacks, 2 INTs, a TD on a blocked punt, a TD on a 99-yard INT return and an 83-yard punt return TD.
Broncos – Dominated the Chargers with 4 sacks, 1 INT, 2 fumble recoveries and an INT return for a TD while giving up just 3 points.
Bengals – Generated 3 sacks, an INT, a fumble recovery and a blocked kick while holding Cleveland to 3 points.
Dolphins – Amassed 3 sacks, 2 INTs and a TD on one of those picks while holding the Ravens to 13 points.
Chiefs – Collected 4 sacks, 3 INTs, and returned an INT for a TD.

This was a great week to play against…

QBs
Jay Cutler, Bears – Passed for 202 yards and an INT without a TD.
Philip Rivers, Chargers – Held to 202 passing yards with an INT and no TDs.

RBs
Eddie Lacy, Packers – Kept mostly on the sidelines and combined for 1 yard.
C.J. Spiller, Saints – Caught 1 pass for zero yards.
Alfred Morris, Redskins – Ran for 12 yards on Monday night.
Alfred Blue, Texans – Had 14 yards on the ground while his fellow RBs out-touched him.
Adrian Peterson, Vikings – Just 24 combined yards against the Seahawks.
DeMarco Murray, Eagles – Held to 24 rushing yards.
Todd Gurley, Rams – Limited to 41 rushing yards, without a catch.
Charcandrick West, Chiefs – Rushed for 35 yards and only caught 2 passes for 9 yards.
LeGarrette Blount, Patriots – Only 54 yards on the ground.

WRs
Travis Benjamin, Browns – Knocked out of the game early with a shoulder injury, and finished with a goose egg.
Stevie Johnson, Chargers – He, too, was knocked out before he could contribute.
Jarvis Landry, Dolphins – Gained 5 yards on 2 catches.
Malcom Floyd, Chargers – Fumbled after his 15-yard catch.
James Jones, Packers – Caught a 19-yarder.
Emmanuel Sanders, Broncos – Stuck with 19 yards on 3 receptions.
Reuben Randle, Giants – Took 2 catches 22 yards.
Brandon LaFell, Patriots – Disappointed again with 4 catches for 27 yards, and a couple more drops.
Randall Cobb, Packers – Only 29 yards on 4 catches.
Stefon Diggs, Vikings – Limited to 22 yards on 2 balls.
Tavon Austin, Rams – Ran for 14 yards and caught a 24-yarder.
Kendall Wright, Titans – Just 28 yards on 3 catches.
Donte Moncrief, Colts – Finished with a 33-yarder.
T.Y. Hilton, Colts – Only 36 yards on 3 receptions.

TEs
Kyle Rudolph, Vikings – Held to 13 yards on 3 catches.

Jordan Reed, Redskins – Only 33 yards on 3 receptions.
